Why 24V?
As of 31 January 2020, all salt lamps sold in Australia must operate on 24V or under to meet current safety standards. We’ve selected 24V to ensure safe and reliable performance while delivering enough warmth to activate the salt and produce that beautiful, glowing light. Lower voltages don’t offer the same effect.

Please note:
Each lotus lamp is hand-carved, and the natural salt ensures slight variations in colour, shape, and texture—making every piece a unique expression of the sacred lotus.

Globe care tips:
Salt lamp globes are small and a little more delicate than standard bulbs.
To help your globe last longer:

• Screw it in firmly

• Avoid moving the lamp while it’s on

• Keep the lamp running continuously if possible

• Use a surge protector to protect from power spikes

Frequent switching on and off will reduce the globe’s lifespan. With gentle care, your lotus lamp will glow gracefully for months.
