Why 24V?
Australian law requires all salt lamps to operate at 24V or under as of 31 January 2020, for electrical safety compliance. Our 24V setup ensures safety while providing enough warmth to activate the salt’s natural properties and create a meaningful, calming glow. Lower voltages simply don’t produce the same effect.

Globe care tips:
Salt lamp globes are specially designed and a little more delicate than standard bulbs. To care for yours:

• Screw the globe in securely

• Avoid moving the lamp while it's on

• Leave it on 24/7 if possible

• Use a surge protector to help prevent damage

Frequent on/off switching can shorten the globe’s life. With proper care, it can shine peacefully for months.
