Why 24V?
As of 31 January 2020, all salt lamps sold in Australia must operate on 24V or under to meet updated electrical safety standards. Our 24V setup strikes the perfect balance—safe, compliant, and warm enough to activate the salt and produce that soothing amber glow. Lower voltages just don’t have the same effect.

Please note:
Each cat lamp is hand-carved and one-of-a-kind. Natural variations in shape, colour, and grain make every piece special—just like every cat has its own personality.

Globe care tips:
These salt lamp globes are smaller and more sensitive than regular bulbs. To help them live their best life:

• Screw the globe in firmly

• Avoid moving the lamp while it’s on

• Keep the lamp on continuously if possible

• Use a surge protector to guard against power spikes

Turning the lamp on and off too often can shorten the life of the globe. With gentle care, it’ll keep glowing for months.
