Australia’s electrical safety laws now require all salt lamp cords and globes to run on 24V or under. We’ve chosen 24V because lower voltages just don’t provide enough warmth to activate the salt properly. With 24V, you get a perfect balance of glow, warmth, and compliance.

These specialty globes are designed just for salt and selenite lamps. They’re delicate by nature, so a little care goes a long way:

• Don’t move the lamp while it’s on

• Keep it on 24/7 if possible

• Protect from power surges (use a surge protector if you can)
