Why 24V?
As of 31 January 2020, all salt lamps sold in Australia must operate on 24V or under to meet updated electrical safety regulations. We use 24V because it’s the ideal balance—safe and compliant, but warm enough to activate the salt’s natural properties. Lower voltages don’t get hot enough to bring your lamp to life.

Please note:
Each fire bowl is assembled by hand, and the salt chunks vary naturally in colour, shape, and size. That means your lamp will be entirely unique, just like the energy it brings into your space.

Globe care tips:
The included globe is specially made for salt and selenite lamps. It’s small, powerful, and a little sensitive.
To keep it glowing strong:

• Screw it in tightly

• Avoid moving the lamp while it’s on

• Leave it on continuously if possible

• Use a surge protector to guard against electrical spikes

Turning your lamp off and on repeatedly can shorten the globe’s life. With the right care, it’ll glow beautifully for months.
