Why 24V?
All salt lamps sold in Australia must comply with electrical safety standards introduced on 31 January 2020, which require operation at 24V or below. We use 24V because it delivers enough warmth to activate the salt's natural benefits while staying safe and compliant. Lower voltages don’t give the same radiant effect.

Please note:
Each Giant Heart is individually hand-carved, meaning size, colour, and shape will vary slightly. These natural differences make each lamp a one-of-a-kind piece of art and energy.

Globe care tips:
The included globes are specially made for salt and selenite lamps. To extend their life:

• Screw the globe in firmly

• Do not move the lamp while it’s turned on

• Leave the lamp on continuously if possible

• Use a surge protector to prevent electrical damage

Turning the lamp off and on frequently may shorten globe lifespan. With gentle care, it can glow for many peaceful months.
