Urgent: Voucher Recall — Please Read

Dear Customers,

We are writing to apologise and to inform you of an important issue regarding recent voucher notifications you may have received.

Due to a technical malfunction, some customers were sent incorrect Saltco voucher emails showing values that were not valid or redeemable. These vouchers were generated in error and have been voided effective immediately.

Under the official Saltco Rewards Terms & Conditions, vouchers are only ever issued in $10 increments once a customer reaches the minimum redemption threshold of $10 in SaltCoins. Any amount below this threshold has never been eligible for voucher generation and therefore has no redemption value.

We sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this error may have caused. Our team has corrected the issue and put safeguards in place to prevent a recurrence.
